Allen Russell has extensive work experience in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Allen started their career at General Motors in 1984 as a Tool Designer before moving into the role of Manufacturing Engineer in 1986. In this role, they were responsible for designing and developing the manufacturing line for crankshafts for the Northstar engine. Allen also worked collaboratively with product engineering on design and development and was involved in manufacturing process development. Allen selected machine suppliers, oversaw the development of machines, performed runoff and qualification of machines, and developed a quality control plan and gaging process. Allen held this role until 1994.
