James DeMarco's work experience begins in 2003 at Delphi, where they worked as an Advanced M/E until 2005. James then joined Zodiac Aerospace as a New Product Development Manufacturing Engineer, specializing in military contracts. In 2008, DeMarco joined Oxbo as a Design Engineer, primarily focusing on the 50 series corn head platform. Throughout their time at Oxbo, they held various positions such as Product Engineer, Lead Mechanical Engineer, and Senior Product Engineer, where they shifted their focus towards new sprayer development and product safety. In 2017, they transitioned to a Staff Mechanical Engineer role, working under the COO to create assembly documentation from CAD data. In 2019, DeMarco became a Staff Project Manager at Oxbo, leading a team in developing improved assembly instruction and process improvement. James was also involved in the implementation of new global ERP and PLM systems and played a global role in operations improvements.
James DeMarco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technical Communications from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Tech/Internal Combustion from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology from 1998 to 2000. James DeMarco also holds several certifications from DS SolidWorks Corporation, including Certified SolidWorks Expert (obtained in August 2016), Certified SolidWorks Professional - Advanced Surfacing (obtained in August 2015), Certified SolidWorks Professional - Advanced Mold Tools (obtained in July 2015), Certified SolidWorks Professional - Advanced Drawing Tools (obtained in November 2014), Certified SolidWorks Professional - Advanced Sheet Metal (obtained in October 2014), and Certified SolidWorks Professional (obtained in April 2013).
