Claire Wouters

Claire Wouters has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Claire started their career as a Trainee at Linklaters in 2006 and later became an Associate specializing in corporate law. During their time at Linklaters, they also had a secondment to an in-house team where they focused on commercial contracts and engagements.

In 2014, Claire joined TRADING TERMS LIMITED as a Consultant, providing their expertise in a consulting capacity until 2017.

In 2016, Claire joined Oxbow Partners where they initially took on the role of General Counsel and later became the General Counsel and Head of HR in 2022. Claire currently holds this position, utilizing their legal knowledge and managing the HR aspect of the company.

Claire Wouters completed their education with a BA in Philosophy and French from the University of Bristol, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Claire then pursued further academic qualifications at Nottingham Law School from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course.
