Matt Shipp

Matt Shipp has worked in a variety of roles in the financial industry. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Consultant for Oxbow Partners, a management consulting firm specialising in the insurance industry. In this role, they deliver projects for European and Global (re)insurers in Growth, Operations, Technology and M&A. Prior to this, they were a Commercial Banking Summer Analyst for HSBC in 2019.

Matt Shipp has a varied educational background. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Impington Village College and achieved 10A*s and 2As in their GCSEs. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Hills Road Sixth Form College and obtained A levels with an A*AA. Finally, from 2016 to 2020, they studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford, where they obtained a Master's degree.
