Kristine Kissel-Weir has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristine began their career at General Motors - Delphi Thermal Systems in 1988 as a Student Engineer. Kristine then worked at General Motors European Technical Development Center - Adam Opel AG as a Project Engineer from 1993 to 1995. Kristine then transitioned to a role at General Motors - Delphi Thermal Systems as a Marketing Analyst / Asian Strategic Planner from 1995 to 1996. Kristine continued at the company as a General Supervisor - Manufacturing from 1997 to 1999, overseeing a manufacturing operation with $60 million in annual sales. Kristine joined TM Window & Door LLC in 2002 as a Plant Manager, managing a manufacturing operation with $12 million in annual sales and 110 hourly employees. Kristine then moved to Oxbow in 2007, where they served as the Director of Contract Administration until 2013 and later as the Director of Business Relations, Operations until 2017. Kristine's most recent role was as the Vice-President Manufacturing Systems & Data Analytics at Oxbow since February 2017. In this position, they led the digital transformation of the heavy industry environment, implemented factory automation, and worked on integrating daily activities into the data collection process.

Kristine Kissel-Weir holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, which they attained between 1988 and 1993. Kristine further pursued their education at Harvard Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1995 to 1997.
