Carmen Freeman

Carmen Freeman is an experienced business development leader currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development for Oxbridge Health, where innovative Episode Benefit Plans aim to improve employee engagement and reduce healthcare costs. Carmen is also the President of the NABIP - Dallas Chapter, representing a robust network of over 300 professionals in the benefits and insurance field.
