Vikki Cunliffe

Head of Programme Management, MI & Internal Audit at Oxbury Bank

Vikki Cunliffe has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Vikki began their career at Capital Bank plc as a Senior Commercial Sales Manager, where they were responsible for relocating an internal commercial sales unit from Chester to Warrington and recruiting both sales and management teams to expand the centre from 20 staff to 90 over 18 months. Vikki then moved to Bank of Scotland in 1999 as a Senior Project Manager, where they were headhunted to turnaround a failing project with the objective to ‘troubleshoot’ the design and processes between IT, operations, sales teams, customers, suppliers and car dealerships. In 2008, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Programme Manager, where they were a senior member of the large and complex Commercial Divisions Anti Money Laundering Programme. Vikki was also responsible for Operational Risk and Risk Transformation & Capability as an Operational Risk Senior Manager and Risk Transformation & Capability Senior Manager respectively. In 2016, they took on the role of Project Manager for both domestic and commercial office moves at Clear the Chaos. Finally, in 2017, they moved to realrates.com as an Operations Manager and in 2020 they joined Oxbury Bank Plc as Head of Programme Management, MI & Internal Audit.

Vikki Cunliffe obtained a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from the Association for Project Management in 2014. In 2011-2012, they obtained a Certificate in French Communications 2 from the University of Chester. In 2016, they obtained an Introduction to Professional Organising from APDO UK, and they also hold an Advanced Project Management certification from APM.
