Jacqueline Antalik is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in user experience and service design. Currently serving as the Director of User Experience and Service Design at OXD since April 2014, Jacqueline leads a team in implementing user-centered design strategies to enhance service experiences for clients. Prior roles include Senior UX Designer at TRADER Corporation and Interaction Design roles at TELUS Business Transformation and Tinderbox Interactive, where Jacqueline focused on usability testing, interaction design, and information architecture. Early career experience at TAP Training & Consulting involved new media development and instructional design. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication with a minor in Psychology from Simon Fraser University.
