Frank Luo

Frank Luo has over 25 years of experience in software and engineering. Frank began their career in 1995 as a Software Developer at Aviation Research Corp. In 1997, they joined Sabre Holdings as an Application Developer. In 2003, they moved to Travelocity as a Principal Architect. In this role, they architected and implemented two award-winning hotel and cruise shopping/booking engines, and provided architectural support to external clients. Frank was also an Agile Mentor. In 2012, they joined Merkle as Director of Engineering. In this role, they led a Data Engineering team implementing Big Data solutions and architecture design. Frank also successfully built two highly motivated and productive data engineering teams from the ground up. In 2022, they joined OxeFit as Director of Engineering Innovation.

Frank Luo attended Shenzhen University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor degree in computer. Frank then attended Concordia University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Master degree in computer.
