William Hughan

Director Of Strength Training Protocol at OxeFit

William Hughan has worked in the field of strength and conditioning for over 17 years. In 2004, they began their career as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Las Vegas Raiders. William then moved to the Atlanta Falcons in 2008, where they served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. In 2011, they became the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Jets. In 2013, they worked as a Sports Performance Coach for Football at Stanford University. William then moved to Vanderbilt University in 2014, where they served as the Director of Football Sports Performance. In 2016, they joined EXOS as a Performance Manager. In 2019, they were the Director of Performance for the XFL. In 2020, they were the General Manager of D1 SPORTS TRAINING and the Director of Performance for Fan Controlled Football. Currently, they are the Director of Strength Training Protocol at OxeFit.

William Hughan obtained their Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College between 1994 and 1998. William then went on to earn their Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Teachers College, Columbia University between 1999 and 2001. In addition, they hold two certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and XPS from EXOS.
