Emily Pilstl

Emily Pilstl serves as Program Manager at OxEon Energy since January 2022, where responsibilities include driving energy conversion technology projects for commercial and government clients. Prior experience includes a decade at Atmosphere Studios, progressing from Project Manager to Operations Manager and Production Director, overseeing day-to-day operations, financial management, and a diverse team across multiple commercial properties and fabrication projects. Emily's leadership has led to significant improvements in efficiency, employee involvement, and customer retention. Earlier roles involved project management for Desan Productions and logistics oversight for numerous high-profile events. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Salt Lake Community College.
