Jessica A. Elwell serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Product Development at OxEon Energy since March 2021, focusing on establishing fuel cell and renewable energy product lines. Jessica also holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for the United States Hydrogen Alliance and is an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Utah Business. Additional roles include Board of Governors member for 47G and Mentor for Women Who Succeed. Previously, Jessica managed engineering teams at Nammo Defense Systems Inc. and Ceramatec, Inc., where significant projects included participation in NASA's Mars oxygen production mission. Jessica earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
