Peter Ferraro

Peter Ferraro is the Director at Oxeon Partners. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Consultant at Mason Frank International from January 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they utilized advanced sale and customer service techniques to support the global leaders in Salesforce.com recruitment. Additionally, they utilized performance indicators to benchmark progress against industry-wide outreach targets, which include call times, chasing leads and finding new candidates. Through their focus on lead development, they were able to place two candidates and support the MFI Contract Team in exceeding their monthly record of jobs pulled, resumes sent, and total interviews booked in August 2017.

Prior to their time at Mason Frank International, Peter Ferraro was an Analyst for the Business Operations Group at NBC Sports Group from January 2016 to December 2016. Before that, they were an Analyst for the Global Credit and Global Fixed Income Asset Management Groups at Brandywine Global Investment Management from January 2015 to December 2015.
