Rebecca Velez

Rebecca is a Senior Associate in Oxeon Partners’ Invested Search practice, where her work spans both healthcare technology and services across the private and not-for-profit sectors. A firm believer in technology enablement as a key driver of success in care delivery, she has partnered with innovative health systems including Mayo Clinic and Intermountain Healthcare to recruit technology and digital leadership and worked on executive and Board-level engagements with high-growth HCIT businesses such as Nuna and GoHealth Insurance. On the services side, she has led a range of key executive searches for complex care management businesses within the New Mountain Capital, Warburg Pincus, Deerfield Management and other portfolios. In addition to her search work, Rebecca leads Oxeon's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives, co-leads our intern program, and contributes to internal hiring.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca worked in executive search in the legal sector placing attorneys in prominent roles at financial institutions, corporations and consultancies including McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and PwC. She holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial & Labor Relations with a minor in Inequality Studies. Rebecca is a New Jersey native and a Greenwich Village resident, as well as an avid podcast listener and amateur home chef.
