Tom Keefe

One of Oxeon’s earliest team members, Tom leads executive search efforts across the firm’s venture and private equity-backed healthcare IT and service footprint. Most recently, he has built the leadership teams of Landmark Health, Marathon Health, ACES (General Atlantic), Evolent (NYSE: EVH), athenahealth (Veritas), Civitas, Community Psychiatry, Help at Home (Centerbridge), Quartet (Oak HC/FT, Google Ventures) and Rubicon Partners (Adam Boehler & Francisco Partners).

Tom helps lead search firm operations and growth initiatives across Oxeon’s invested search practice, de novo businesses, and portfolio investments. A driver of Oxeon’s investment & NewCo development work, his interest lies at the intersection of economics, human capital, & entrepreneurship, with a focus on increasing the value of every healthcare dollar spent.

Tom is a New Jersey native, the product of a multi-generational healthcare family tree, and graduated from The George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs and Economics. He began his career in Europe, living and working in The Netherlands as a business analyst for a private equity-backed logistics & manufacturing business. When not on a bike exploring Brooklyn, Tom can be found soaking up sun with his wife Amy, son Tommy, and their mini-Goldendoodle Leroy along New Jersey’s beautiful coastline.
