Ellen Barklem is a marketing professional with extensive experience in communications and event management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Oxera Consulting LLP since January 2021, Ellen oversees marketing, communications, PR, and events for European Regional Development Funded programmes at the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership from February 2018 to January 2021. Previous roles include Group Marketing Business Partner at Activate Learning, where Ellen developed campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement, and Senior Marketing Executive at Oxford University Press, managing promotional strategies and academic conference representation. Ellen began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Zeta Compliance Group plc, gaining experience in email campaigns and customer relations. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ancient and Medieval History from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2009.
