Felipe Flórez Duncan

Felipe Florez Duncan is a partner at Oxera Consulting Ltd., specializing in economic regulation, competition policy, litigation, and damage quantification, with a focus on the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology sectors since March 2012. Previously, Felipe served as a Senior Regulatory Economist at BT, providing expert advice on market reviews and competition inquiries from September 2010 to March 2012. Felipe also worked as a Senior Consultant at Oxera from September 2005 to September 2010, managing a variety of regulatory projects across the UK, Europe, and Latin America for major corporate clients and regulators. Earlier in Felipe's career, various roles at Telefonica included Senior Financial Analyst and Strategy and Regulation Analyst, where analysis of investment projects and regulatory negotiations were key responsibilities. Felipe holds an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
