Fernanda Scianna

Fernanda Scianna is a Senior Consultant at Oxera Consulting LLP since December 2021, bringing extensive expertise in regulatory affairs accumulated over a 16-year tenure at Eni. In the role of Regulatory Affairs Manager, Scianna managed European gas regulations and foreign retail markets, particularly overseeing activities related to France's natural gas market. Responsibilities included monitoring legislative developments, engaging in regulatory discussions, and providing internal guidance on regulatory impacts. Prior to Eni, Scianna served as a junior researcher at ref, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the European energy sector, and completed an internship at Enel studying regulatory impacts on power distribution. Scianna holds degrees in Economics and Public Choice from Università Bocconi, complemented by a Master in Public Utilities Management and a training course in Energy Regulation.
