Giulio Federico

Giulio Federico is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Oxera Consulting LLP since November 2023. Federico has extensive academic involvement as a Guest Professor at the Barcelona School of Economics since May 2008, teaching various intensive courses related to competition, market regulation, and digital markets. Previously, Federico held significant roles at the European Commission, including Head of Unit for both the Recovery & Resilience Task Force and the Chief Economist Team in DG Competition. Additional experience includes positions at Charles River Associates, IESE Business School, Overseas Development Institute, Frontier Economics, and London Economics Ltd. Federico holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Oxford, alongside a series of advanced degrees in economics and law from prestigious institutions.
