James Kavanagh

James Kavanagh is a Partner at Oxera, bringing over 15 years of experience in competition economics, specializing in competition litigation, damages, and state aid. They have worked on significant economic and finance issues across all major European jurisdictions and have served as an expert in various litigation and arbitration proceedings. James co-authored the leading textbook "Economics for Competition Lawyers," now in its 2nd edition, and teaches a postgraduate course on the subject at King’s College London.
