Kimela Shah is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in consultancy and public sector economics. Kimela has been with Oxera Consulting LLP since August 2014, progressing from a Consultant to a Senior Consultant, and currently serving as a Principal. Prior to this, Kimela contributed as an Economist at the Office for Budget Responsibility from 2013 to 2014 and at HM Revenue & Customs from 2010 to 2013. Kimela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Warwick, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
