Leonardo Mautino is a partner and managing consultant at Oxera, with over 12 years of experience specializing in regulatory economics, regulatory strategy, and competition policy within network industries such as postal services, energy, water, and transport. Prior to this role, Leonardo served as a senior consultant from 2003 to 2007 and as a consultant from 2000 to 2002 at Oxera. Academic qualifications include a DPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, and a BA in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.
