Arnold Chamunogwa (PhD) currently serves as the Africa Lead for Global Engagements & Partnerships at Oxfam America, providing strategic leadership and overseeing partnerships across Africa. Previous experience includes consultancy roles with various organizations such as Norwegian People’s Aid and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit, focusing on strategy development and programme management. Chamunogwa has held significant positions within Oxfam International as Regional Policy and Influencing Manager for Southern Africa and as a Program Officer at Pact, contributing to multi-donor governance programs. A founding national coordinator of Youth Agenda Trust in Zimbabwe, Chamunogwa promoted youth activism for human rights and democratic governance in response to the country's political crisis. Educational qualifications include a DPhil in International Development from the University of Oxford and advanced degrees in Governance and Development.
