Callie McDermott

Callie McDermott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource development and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Resource Development Officer at Oxfam America since December 2016, Callie manages a portfolio of grants from major donors and implements engagement strategies for the Oxfam America Leadership Council. Previous roles at EF High School Exchange Year included Director of Student Admissions and Administration, where management of a Boston-based team and oversight of admissions processes for 3,000 students annually were key responsibilities. Callie's experience also includes serving as Admissions Manager, Travel Operations Coordinator at EF Education First, and Environmental Management Specialist with the Peace Corps, where project design and implementation in environmental practices were central. Callie earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University and a BA in English from Boston College.
