Cindy Cronan

CFO at Oxfam America

Cindy Cronan is the Chief Financial Officer for Oxfam America where she is responsible for ensuring the financial health of the organization, stewardship of its assets, and effective management of its resources.

Cindy has extensive experience in senior leadership and financial management through VP Controller and Director of Finance roles. In addition, Cindy has been engaged as a senior consultant to numerous professional service firms--providing merger/acquisition financial analysis, reporting and due diligence support, financial system implementation and business process change advising; and financial modeling.

Cindy’s first tenure with Oxfam America was as Controller from 2010 to 2016. She returned to Oxfam as interim CFO at the start of COVID-19 in 2020. After assuring business continuity and financial stability during a turbulent period of risk, Cindy was confirmed as CFO in Fall of 2021.

Cindy holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and A.S. degrees in Accounting and Management from Bentley University, as well as a M.B.A. from Babson College.
