Eloisa Devietti

Eloisa Devietti is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in program management and evaluation within international organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at Oxfam America since June 2019, Eloisa has previously held senior positions at World Education and worked as an independent consultant for The SEEP Network. Notable contributions include co-facilitating a working group on savings-led methodologies, leading reviews of best practices, and authoring essential program quality guidelines. Eloisa's expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning was further demonstrated in a coordinator role at Oxfam America in Peru.
