Janice Ian Manlutac

Janice Ian Manlutac has extensive experience in humanitarian leadership and resilience programming, currently serving as the Local Humanitarian Leadership Advisor at Oxfam America since March 2018. In addition, Janice holds the position of Programme Manager for the Strengthening Community Preparedness in Asia-Pacific Islands initiative and has been an Evaluator for the 100 Resilient Cities project in partnership with Urban Institute since March 2016. Janice's background with Oxfam includes roles as Regional Resilience Lead for Oxfam GB Asia and Team Leader for the Oxfam-ADB-ASEAN Resilience Project, starting in June 2014. Earlier experience includes a position as Materials Development and Fundraising Advisor for Voluntary Service Overseas from March 2007 to March 2009. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Media Studies from the University of the Philippines.
