Pat Walsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Board Director and Advisor for Tap Cancer Out since 2011, Walsh contributes to raising awareness and funds for cancer-fighting organizations through the jiu-jitsu community. In 2019, Walsh joined Oxfam America’s Leadership Council, focusing on addressing the root causes of poverty globally. As a cofounder and the Chief Impact Officer at Classy.org from 2006 to 2022, Walsh played a key role in enabling nonprofits to raise over $5 billion before the organization’s acquisition by GoFundMe. Earlier career experience includes serving as Deputy Program Manager and Engineer at General Dynamics from 2003 to 2008. Pat Walsh holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
