Sebastián M. is an experienced leader in gender justice and intersectional feminism, currently serving as the Intersectional Feminism Senior Manager at Oxfam America. With a career spanning over a decade, Sebastián has contributed significantly to various initiatives, including leading Oxfam's Gender Resource Network and integrating feminist principles into organizational strategies. Recognition includes nominations for the Oxfam America President's Award and the Mariam Klait Award. As the founder of Defying Gender Roles, Sebastián advocates against harmful gender norms globally.
