The Finance and Accounting team at Oxfam Australia is responsible for managing the organization's financial health and ensuring transparency and accountability in its operations. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and auditing processes, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support Oxfam's mission in aid and development efforts globally. With a leadership team of directors and a Chief Financial Officer, the team collaboratively works to optimize resources and enhance the impact of Oxfam’s initiatives.
