The Fundraising and Donor Engagement team at Oxfam Canada is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with donors and supporters to secure funding for initiatives aimed at combating poverty and promoting social justice. This team develops and implements fundraising strategies, oversees donor stewardship and retention efforts, and engages with the community through digital marketing and direct response campaigns.
