Elisa Cubero

Elisa Cubero serves as the Selection and Pool Coordinator at Oxfam Intermón since August 2015, overseeing HR coordination for humanitarian recruitments and managing an international talent pool across West and Central Africa and LAC as part of the Operations Support Team. Prior to this role, Elisa was responsible for various human resources projects focused on attracting and retaining women in leadership positions in Central and West Africa. Additionally, Elisa worked as a Grant Manager for the West Africa and Maghreb Region at Oxfam Intermón from January 2007 to July 2014 and coordinated the EUROMED Project at Universitat Rovira i Virgili from October 2004 to January 2007. Educational achievements include a Certificate in Operational Coaching from Grupo Emociona, a Master's in Personal Leadership from kuestiona, an MBA from Universitat de Barcelona, and a degree in Economics from Uppsala University.
