Lorenzo Ridi

Lorenzo Ridi has extensive experience in fundraising and community engagement, currently serving as the Head of Individual Giving Office at OXFAM Italia since May 2012, where leadership of a 16-member team involves defining and implementing individual donor fundraising strategies. Earlier roles within OXFAM included leadership of the Outreach Office and local community fundraising initiatives in Florence and Tuscany, overseeing volunteer engagement and partnerships. Lorenzo is also an active speaker on topics related to philanthropy and community fundraising at prestigious institutions such as Syracuse University in Florence and the Italian Fundraising Festival. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Ucodep, where responsibilities spanned institutional fundraising and project management in the Caribbean, and a production management role at various Florentine theater companies. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from Università di Economia di Firenze and a certificate in Philanthropic Psychology from the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy, alongside various specialized courses in web marketing and business intelligence.
