Edwin Mpando has extensive experience in business operations and financial management within the humanitarian sector, currently serving as Head of Office at Oxfam since March 2022. Previously held various leadership roles at Oxfam, including Deputy Head of Business Operations and Head of Operations, overseeing financial management, administration, logistics, and supply chain systems. Notably, as Horn of Africa Drought Response Business Support Manager, Edwin provided strategic leadership and support across Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria and executive leadership certificates from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Harvard Business School.
