John Kadundo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service operations management and information systems across various regions in Africa. Since joining Oxfam in March 2005, John has progressed through numerous roles, including Service Operations Manager and Regional Information Systems Manager, where responsibilities included formulating and implementing IS strategies, managing regional IT projects, and providing technical leadership in emergency response operations. Prior to Oxfam, John worked at World Vision as Assistant IT Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing IT service delivery across national headquarters and field offices, and contributing to the development and implementation of the country IS strategy. John holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Roehampton, obtained in 2019.
