Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is a Senior Analyst at Oxford Analytica, a position held since July 2002, focusing on Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, the Western Balkans, and Central-East European EU member states, with a part-time schedule since April 2019. Prior to this, Michael served as Editor for Eastern Europe at the Economic Intelligence Unit from 2000 to 2002 and worked as a Duty Editor at BBC Monitoring from 1983 to 1997. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Roman history and a Bachelor's Degree in Literae Humaniores (Classical studies), both obtained from Corpus Christi College, Oxford, between 1971 and 1981.
