Xavier Delgado

Xavier Delgado currently serves as a Contributor at Oxford Analytica, part of FiscalNote, since May 2024. With extensive experience at The Wilson Center since May 2020, Xavier has held roles including Associate and Lead Analyst in the Canada Institute. Previous positions include Chief Operating Officer at Georgetown Bubble and various roles within the Georgetown Student Advocacy Office, culminating in Deputy Director. Additional internships at the Embassy of Canada and Goethe-Institut UK further enhanced Xavier's practical knowledge and skills. Xavier earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, majoring in International Politics and minoring in Spanish, complemented by a certificate in International Business Diplomacy.
