Malcolm Eaton

Malcolm Eaton currently serves as the Senior Manager of Quality Systems at Oxford Biomedica, a role assumed in May 2023, where responsibilities include leading the Quality Systems, Document Control, and Training teams, as well as transitioning the company to a computer-based Quality system. Prior to this, Malcolm held various positions at Resilience, including Interim Head of Technical Quality, where oversight of the Technical Quality Department was provided. During a career in the US Navy, Malcolm operated as a Program Manager for submarine exercises and as a Submarine Officer focusing on operational safety. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Computer Science from Wheaton College.
