Natalie Garcia is a skilled professional with extensive experience in biotechnology and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Technician at Oxford Biomedica Solutions since March 2022, Natalie specializes in buffer formulation, cell culture processes, and chromatographic techniques for gene therapy applications. Previously, Natalie held roles at Homology Medicines, Inc., initially as a Manufacturing Technician and later as a QC Analyst, where responsibilities included handling samples in controlled environments and supporting various manufacturing processes. Natalie's experience also includes significant roles at Takeda and Shire, focusing on GMP manufacturing and bioreactor operations. Earlier career experiences in patient care and customer service demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Natalie holds a diploma in General Studies from Saugus High School.
