Richa Jaiswal

Richa Jaiswal has a diverse work experience in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Richa is currently working as an Associate Director, Downstream MD&T at Oxford Biomedica Solutions since July 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Process Engineer II at the same company from March 2022 to July 2022.

Before joining Oxford Biomedica Solutions, Richa worked at Homology Medicines, Inc. as a Senior Process Engineer II from July 2021 to February 2022. Richa also served as a Senior Process Engineer I, Manufacturing Development & Technology from September 2020 to June 2021.

Richa's earlier experience includes working at LakePharma, Inc. as a Senior Scientist II, Group lead from November 2018 to August 2020. During their tenure, they managed a team of protein biochemists, trained in client communications, and performed protein purification and characterization using various chromatography methods.

Richa started their career at Brandeis University as a Postdoctoral Researcher from September 2009 to August 2015. Later, they worked as a Research Specialist from September 2015 to August 2016, and then as a Research Specialist II from September 2016 to December 2016.

Richa Jaiswal earned a PhD in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Richa pursued their doctoral studies from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed an MSc in Biochemistry from Banaras Hindu University, starting in 2001 and finishing in 2003. Their undergraduate education was also at Banaras Hindu University, where they obtained a BSc in Chemistry from 1998 to 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Richa Jaiswal has obtained certifications to enhance their skills. In June 2023, they completed a certification course titled "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn. Richa also completed a Technical Writing and Documenting Investigations Instructor Led Training course from PathWise in June 2021.
