Aziz Kagdi Mba, Cmgr Fcmi

Aziz Kagdi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Aziz started their career as a Laboratory Technician at Severn Trent in 2008. Aziz then moved on to MSD Animal Health Limited, where they worked as a Blending Technician and later as a Fermentation Technician, leading projects and successfully identifying root causes of issues. In 2011, they joined Lonza Biologics as a Biotechnologist.

Since 2013, Aziz has been working at Oxford Biomedica in multiple roles. As a Senior Biotechnologist, they managed a team and supervised manufacturing activities. Aziz then transitioned to the role of Continuous Improvement Officer, delivering ongoing savings and operational improvements. Aziz later became the Production Support Manager, overseeing teams supporting GMP manufacture and leading the conversion of a facility.
