Ian Ritchie

Ian Ritchie currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Reward at Oxford Biomedica since February 2023. Previously, Ian held roles such as Director of Total Rewards at Typeform and Vice President of Global Reward and Recognition at Snow Software. Ian's extensive experience also includes positions like Compensation Director for EMEA at Expedia Group, Global Reward Manager at United Business Media, and Senior Reward Analyst at Grosvenor. Earlier in the career, Ian worked as a Reward Consultant at BSkyB and a Consultant at Ernst & Young, along with various roles in reward analysis. Ian's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organisational Analysis & Change from the University of Essex, a PGDip in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, and a first-class BA Honours degree in Business Organisation with Tourism from Queen Margaret University.
