Izzy Twigger

Izzy Twigger has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Adviser at Oxford Biomedica since May 2019, where previous roles included Junior HR Adviser, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Officer, and HR Administrator. Prior to this, Izzy worked as a Talent Consultant at Finlay James from August 2018 to April 2019, contributing to IT sales recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe. Izzy holds a BSc in Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University (2015-2018) and A levels in Psychology, Biology, and Physical Education from Cokethorpe School (2011-2015).
