Julie Copperthwaite

Julie Copperthwaite has a diverse work experience, primarily in talent acquisition and human resources roles. Julie most recently worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance at Oxford Biomedica, where they focused on delivering life-changing therapies to patients through cell and gene therapy. Prior to this, Julie worked as the Director of Copperthwaite Consulting, offering flexible resourcing solutions and recruitment model consultancy. Julie also served as the Resourcing Manager at Micro Focus, the Talent Acquisition Manager at Leica Biosystems, and the Resourcing Project Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Julie has experience in HR and recruitment consultancy, having worked with Global R&D at British American Tobacco and building a global Life Science Practice for Ochre House. Julie also held leadership positions at i3 Global, PRA International, and Datatech Search and Selection, where they focused on international recruiting, restructuring and developing the global recruiting function, and recruiting for the life science and pharmaceutical industry.
