Michelle Robins

Michelle Robins has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michelle currently works as the Head of Digital Delivery at Oxford Biomedica, a position they started in 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Baringa Partners, where they held the roles of Senior Manager from 2018 to 2021 and Manager from 2015 to 2018. Michelle also worked at Progenit Consulting Ltd as a Senior Consultant, specializing in digital design and transformation, from 2007 to 2015. Before that, they were the Co-Founder and Managing Director of e-InBusiness Ltd, an e-commerce and digital marketing company. Michelle's earlier experiences include working as a Director at Metrologie UK Ltd and as a Finance Manager at Unipart International. Michelle began their career as a Financial Analyst at Glaxo Pharmaceuticals.

Michelle Robins is a Chartered Management Accountant who obtained their ACMA degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile leadership 1 from Scrum Alliance and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) also from Scrum Alliance. Michelle also has a certification in UXC from Nielsen Norman Group. Currently, Michelle is working towards obtaining the Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile Inc.
