David Fell

David Fell is an Emeritus Professor of Systems Biology at Oxford Brookes University, where a career spanning from 1992 to the present includes the role of Professor of Systems Biology. Previously, David served as a Scientific Advisor at Physiomics plc from June 2001 to December 2016 and chaired the Integrative & Systems Biology Strategy Panel for the BBSRC between 2007 and 2009. David's academic journey began with a BA in Biochemistry followed by a DPhil focusing on structural studies on yeast pyruvate kinase, both earned at the University of Oxford, from 1966 to 1974. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Lecturer and Principal Lecturer at Oxford Polytechnic from 1973 to 1992.
