Peter Duffell

Peter Duffell is an Associate Consultant and Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University, where a 'Leader as Coach' course is designed and delivered to enhance leadership coaching skills. As the Managing Director and Principal Coach of Westwood Coaching Associates Limited since 2014, Peter has successfully overseen a team of 12 Associate Coaches, delivering impactful coaching services to various corporate clients, including multiple Health Education England regions and a Russell Group University. Previous governance as the Governance Director for EMCC UK involved ensuring compliance and strategic growth for the professional body of coaching. Peter has held senior roles in program and operations management across diverse organizations, including Wipro Technologies and Alliance & Leicester plc, and possesses multiple degrees from Oxford Brookes University in coaching supervision and practice, alongside a BSc in Physical Science.
