Vince Connelly is a seasoned academic and leader with extensive experience in both educational and military sectors. Currently serving as Professor of Psychology and Psychology Team Leader at Oxford Brookes University since September 2002, Vince oversees a team of 30 staff and manages the delivery of psychology programs for nearly 500 undergraduate and postgraduate students while ensuring the highest quality of student experience. In addition to academic roles, Vince has held significant positions within the British Army since 2017, including Chief Operating Officer for the DACOS Empowerment initiative aimed at cultural transformation and innovation in the Field Army, and serving as a staff officer advising on information capabilities. Furthermore, Vince has command experience as the Commanding Officer for the Communications and IT Regiment, leading over 300 personnel across various operational and training activities. Vince's academic credentials include a PhD and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
