Ye Xu

Ye Xu has a diverse work experience in the field of real estate investment and finance. Starting in 2000, Ye worked as a Graduate Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield before becoming a Research & Advisory Manager in 2002. In 2007, Ye joined Oxford Brookes University as a Senior Lecturer in valuation, investment, and finance. Throughout the years, Ye also held positions as a Professional Programmes Development Manager and Course Director of the MSc Real Estate Investment Finance Programme. Additionally, Ye served as the Faculty Global Partnership Lead from June 2019 to August 2022.

Ye Xu has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Property Investment and Finance from Oxford Brookes University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the University of Reading. Ye Xu also received a certification in Aurora 2016 from Advance HE in 2016.
