Paul Smalley

Paul Smalley has held various finance roles since 2004. Paul began their career as UK Controller at Quadrant from 2004 to 2006. Paul then moved to Avdel, an Acument Global Technologies Company, where they served as Group Finance Manager from 2006 to 2006. After that, they were Global Finance Director at Infastech from 2006 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were Finance Director at Impact Creative Partnership. Paul then became Finance Director at A1 Traffic Safety Services from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they were Group Finance Director at HG Rewinds. Paul then held the same role at Kudos Shower Products Ltd from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they were Finance Director at JOST UK LIMITED, where they were responsible for M&A activity, implementation of compliance and code of conduct, developed group leading reporting and executive commentary, lead cost saving initiatives, delivered business restructuring program with £4.3m annual savings, commercial costing restructure, and was shortlisted for Turnaround Finance Director of the Year. Paul then moved to Panthera Biopartners in 2021, where they are currently Finance Director. In 2022, they will move to Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings Plc, where they will also serve as Finance Director.

Paul Smalley attended Lancaster University from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a BA Honours in Accounting & Finance.
